Dynamik Technologies held a virtual donation handover ceremony to seven charities last Wednesday.
The donation was presented during a virtual handover ceremony. Present to grace the event was Haslina Taib, Chief Executive Officer of Dynamik Technologies.
A total of BND2,888.40 was distributed among seven charities that focus on providing necessary outreach for the benefit of those less fortunate, which included:
- Majlis Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (MKM)
- Goals For Education
- Yayasan Kanser Kanak-Kanak Brunei (YASKA)
- Society for Community Outreach & Training (SCOT)
- Pusat Ehsan Al Ameerah Al Hajjah Maryam
- SMARTER Brunei
- Down Syndrome Association Brunei (ABLE)
In her opening remarks, Haslina Taib said, “When this campaign first kicked off, we had a little help from our personnel and clients where they had the opportunity to choose the pre-selected charities and Dynamik Technologies donates on their behalf.”
She added further, “The response was wonderful which made us decide to extend this opportunity and distribute the QR codes to not only our clients but members of the public as well through our Hari Raya packets, our social events and even our social media campaigns.”
“This pandemic has not dampened our spirit of caring, and instead brought out the best in our community. It has also shown us that we have many who care deeply of those who are in need.”, she concluded.
