Terms and Conditions

• Entry to the Raya Giveaway is open to the residents of  Brunei Darussalam except employees’ of Dynamik Technologies and their direct families.
• Participants must have an IG account (the winner(s) will be contacted via the IG account).
• The use of fake or spam accounts will result in disqualification.
• Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
• Participants aged 12 years and below must obtain parental or guardian permission.
• The decisions of Dynamik Technologies is final, and no correspondence will be entered into over its decision.
• The prize(s) are as stated, non-transferable to another individual, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash or alternatives in whole or in part.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with the terms of the Raya Giveaway, Dynamik Technologies reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant(s).
• The winner(s) agree(s) to the prospective use of their name, photograph(s), material(s) and other reasonable requests and will cooperate with Dynamik Technologies relating to the Raya Giveaway publicity.
• Dynamik Technologies reserves the right to amend and alter the terms of the Raya Giveaway and reject entries.
