Terms and Conditions

Entry to the Raya Giveaway is open to residents of Brunei Darussalam, except for employees of Dynamik Technologies.
Participants must have an IG account (the winner(s) will be contacted via the IG account).
The use of fake or spam accounts will result in disqualification.
Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
Participants aged 12 years and below must obtain parental or guardian permission.
The decisions of Dynamik Technologies are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding its decision.
The prize(s) are as stated, non-transferable to another individual, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives, in whole or in part.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with the terms of the Raya Giveaway, Dynamik Technologies reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant(s).
The winner(s) agree(s) to the prospective use of their name, photograph(s), material(s), and other reasonable requests and will cooperate with Dynamik Technologies relating to Raya Giveaway publicity.
Dynamik Technologies reserves the right to amend and alter the terms of the Raya Giveaway and reject entries.
