Dynamik Technologies has officially launched its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the “Dynamik Trees” program, with the first project conducted in collaboration with the Institute for Biodiversity and Environmental Research (IBER) of Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Through the “Dynamik Trees” program, Dynamik Technologies supported the ex-situ conservation of five native tree species at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam Botanical Research Centre (UBD BRC), via the “Adopt A Tree” project. The “Dynamik Trees” program also supported the planting of 23 saplings of high conservation value native tree species in the UBD BRC on 18th September 2024.
The launching event, held at the UBD Botanical Research Centre, was graced by Yang Mulia Haslina Taib, Chief Executive Officer of Dynamik Technologies and Yang Mulia Dr. Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Other guests included Yang Mulia Dr. Hussein bin Haji Taha, Director of the Institute for Biodiversity and Environmental Research, along with senior management from both Dynamik Technologies and Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
The launch also featured a commemorative tree-planting ceremony by Yang Mulia Haslina Taib, Chief Executive Officer of Dynamik Technologies and Yang Mulia Dr. Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of Universiti Brunei Darussalam, to mark both the inauguration of the program and Dynamik Technologies’ 23rd anniversary.
The guests also had the opportunity to experience the digital audio guide of the UBD BRC garden created by Ebode, a subsidiary of Dynamik Technologies, on the IZI.travel application.
