Reaching its 22nd anniversary, Dynamik Technologies continues to carry the Bruneian flag high into the
global arena, with its latest distinction as a winner of the International Diamond Prize for Excellence in
Quality 2023, presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR).

The ESQR with its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, monitors best practices and outcomes in quality
management strategies of organisations, businesses, governments, and individuals. It recognises and
honours excellence, promotes innovation and visionary thinking, disseminates knowledge, as well as
shares conformity assessment practices and facilities

Only fifty awardees globally were selected for the exclusive accolade this year, recognising organisations
that are committed to superior development efforts and overall excellence contributing to society’s
economic prosperity. Dynamik Technologies is believed to be the first and only recipient of this award
from Brunei to date.

Chief Executive Officer Dayang Haslina Hj Mohd Taib received the award at the ESQR Convention and
Awards Ceremony held in Brussels, Belgium. In her acceptance speech, she described the honour as a
recognition of Dynamik Technologies’ efforts to transform the community in Brunei and on Borneo
towards a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable future

Dynamik Technologies was established by the Government of Brunei and Accenture in 2001 to help the
nation take its fledgling step into digitalisation, via the Treasury and Financial Information System. In the
two decades that followed, Dynamik Technologies has delivered more than ten successful national and
industry projects including the National Welfare System, Registries and Ease of Doing Business initiatives,
improving the lives of people and businesses in the nation. Regionally it has also collaborated with the
ASEAN Business Advisory Council on the ASEAN Digital Credentials Platform (AKREDI) legacy project.

Haslina shared the key driving factors for Dynamik Technologies’ successful track record as systems
thinking by intent, standardisation and sustainability.

“This translates to designing and co-creating meaningful solutions to real life problems; institutionalising
tools, methodologies, frameworks, standards and best practices in delivery; as well as ensuring our
services give lasting transformation value through continuous improvement,” she added
